Being detail-oriented, adaptable, creative, and having a solid understanding of marketing techniques are a must. Top candidates will exhibit critical thinking skills, strong problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail. You’ll be coordinating both logistics and marketing strategy for events we attend and help implement our long-term content strategy.

What’s the day-to-day look like as a Marketing & Events Coordinator?
Your day-to day will be a mix of event planning and marketing coordinating tasks! Expect to juggle a lot of projects and details at once, both short term and long term.
Your major responsibilities will be:
- Plan, execute, and maximize our event marketing efforts
- Coordinate the creation and execution of our long-term content marketing strategy
- Manage the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our rolling marketing campaigns
A successful Coordinator helps us plan and execute our marketing strategies, ultimately driving new opportunities to our Sales team. You will:
- Coordinate all the logistics for events we attend (promo materials, shipping, lodging, booth, registration, etc.)
- Champion our digital event marketing around the events we attend (landing pages, email marketing, lead generation, messaging, and follow up)
- Coordinate and manage our content strategy (content calendar, project management, SEO research, and Hubspot management)
- Turn marketing strategies into plans, action items, due dates, and realities
