"I agree. I print out the first page of the rental agreement and file it like power outage, fire, or whatever.
Yes, I can pull it up on different things, but at least I can go to a file and make notes."—Chad Lundberg
"My background was insurance, and we had a facility that burned down, and they had a standalone software.
We didn't know any tenants, phone numbers, nothing. Okay, well, I don't know what we're doing here, and we just had to sit there and wait pretty much for people to show up because they were standalone."—Alonna Ross
"We're a mixture. I want to go more paperless.
Some things you still want paper, but we've streamlined some of our papers. If they're making payments automatically, or they make a payment online, I don't go in and print their credit card receipts just because I only print them now if I physically have them sign it in case the credit card company comes back.Leases, we still print a paper copy, driver's license, a paper copy.
But, baby steps."—Stephanie Winfree
