I think it's very critical.

I think that we cannot overlook the fact that the people part of this, even though we want to go virtual, it doesn't always happen that way.

Especially in [certain areas.] I've had stores in areas that I could probably just make it remote completely. But people like other people watching their stuff, and they, the managers, I've always felt that, you know, I try to find people with great personalities, like Jenny.

People go into the office to see her because she's so nice and friendly.

And they tell other people because Jenny is so good. And I think if we get away from that piece of self storage, yes, we're going to save some money, maybe. But the idea of understaffing or no staffing is almost ridiculous."
