Supporting your team members is a crucial part of success.
Just because a member of your team is struggling with sales doesn't mean that they're a lost cause. There are ways to support their growth and lead them to success, and that's often a better investment than giving up on them.

What we do and what we really try and be aware of most of the time is we try and be aware of those people who just aren't exactly at a ten where some of our other managers are. And we partner them together.
We just moved somebody in our Dallas area who has made a huge impact on the person she's now kind of working next to. It's our area manager partnered with an assistant manager, and that assistant manager has come out of her shell.
