Get them to your store, make them come pick it up in person so that you can get a picture of them holding their referral check or holding that gift card that they got for sending someone your way, which you can then use in your social media, your email marketing. You can put it on your website.
I've got a store, Vigilant Self Storage in Iron Bridge. Tammy is the manager there, and she has a four-by-six photo printer.
So she'll take a picture of all of her referrals, she'll print it out, and she's actually created a border around the top of her office with nothing but people smiling, holding checks.
