"I think, like just simplifying your life.

I think it was Jack that said, you know, how much time are you spending doing X and can we help you spend less time doing that so you can do more time building your business, spending time with your family, these sorts of things.

I think, yeah, for me it's what can we do to reduce the time that they spend doing manual work?"

—Alyssa Winkelman

"Yeah, I think the only other thing add, how do you ensure you're driving performance?

So there's certainly making sure that we're automating those processes, but the system itself should be smart enough that it's helping you understand how to drive better performance out of the system as well.

So automation, but then also operations improvement. Right? So how do you know that?

How can you drive more efficiency into the business itself?"

—Jason Palmer

"I would just add into that mix reliability, so uptime, and security there.

Obviously we've talked about. But, yeah, I think like scalability, reliability, and sort of flexibility would be my sort of three pillars.

And then we haven't touched so much on customer support as well. I think it's really important to have a provider. You don't necessarily want to use customer support, but we do see that it's a new system and starting off with a new system can be scary, can be hard at times.

There's a learning curve and you want to find a partner and a software provider that's going to be there along the road and has that education, the academy, the videos, the support that's going to help guide you into kind of upscaling onto a new platform."
